Every Service You Need to Dominate Organic Search. Delivered by One Expert Who Actually Knows What They Are Doing.
Search has three layers now. Most SEO consultants work in one of them. I work in all three.
The first is traditional SEO: Google organic rankings built on technical foundations, targeted content and earned authority. The second is AEO, Answer Engine Optimization: getting your content into featured snippets, People Also Ask boxes and the AI Overview summaries that appear above organic results. The third is GEO, Generative Engine Optimization: getting your business cited and recommended by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot, the AI tools where a new generation of buyers are already searching.
Every service on this page is designed with all three layers in mind. Not because it is fashionable to mention AI, but because your customers are already using these tools to find the solutions you provide, and the businesses that appear in those answers are building a category of competitive advantage that will only grow larger over the next five years.
Everything listed here is delivered personally by me, Ajitkumar Gupta. You can read more about how I work and why I operate as a freelance consultant rather than an agency on the about page.

Technical SEO
Your website’s ability to rank is determined first by whether Google can properly crawl it, index it and understand it. Before content strategy matters. Before backlinks matter. Before anything else matters, the technical foundation has to be right.
Most websites that are struggling to rank have technical problems they do not know about. Incorrect canonical tags. Pages blocked by a robots.txt entry that nobody remembers adding. Core Web Vitals scores that are actively suppressing rankings. Duplicate content at scale from a CMS generating multiple URLs for the same page. A site architecture so flat or so deep that Google is wasting its crawl budget on low-value pages while missing the ones that should be ranking.
A Technical SEO audit identifies all of it. Not a surface-level automated scan with a list of 400 issues sorted by severity and left for you to figure out. A proper diagnosis: here is what is wrong, here is why it is affecting your rankings, here is exactly how to fix it, and here is the priority order that will produce the most improvement in the shortest time.
This is also where most of my engagements begin, because every other SEO service performs significantly better when the technical foundation underneath it is clean.
What it covers: Crawlability and indexation, Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP), site architecture and internal linking, duplicate content and canonicalization, structured data and schema markup, mobile usability, page speed at the server and rendering level, international SEO technical setup including hreflang.
Who it is for: Any website that is not ranking as well as its content quality and backlink profile suggest it should. Websites that have recently migrated platforms or redesigned. Ecommerce sites that have grown without systematic technical maintenance. Businesses that have had a sudden ranking drop they cannot explain.

On-Page SEO Optimization
Good content that is not optimized for search is invisible. Optimized content that is not genuinely good is short-lived. On-page SEO is where those two things come together.
For every page I optimize, I start with a specific question: what is the person searching for this keyword actually trying to achieve, and does this page give them that, better than every other result on the page? If the answer is no, the keyword targeting is secondary.
The work covers keyword research and intent mapping, title tag and meta description engineering for both click-through rate and keyword signals, header structure that serves both readability and topic comprehension, content depth analysis benchmarked against the top-ranking competitors for each target keyword, internal linking strategy, and structured data implementation to make each page eligible for rich results.
On-page optimization is particularly high-leverage for businesses that already have a strong content library but are not extracting the ranking value those pages should be producing.
Who it is for: Businesses with existing pages that are ranking on pages two and three but not converting to page one. New websites building their content architecture from scratch. Any business where the content quality is genuinely strong but the search visibility does not reflect that.
Link Building and Off-Page SEO
Google uses links as votes of authority. A backlink from a genuinely authoritative, relevant website tells Google that another source trusts your content enough to point its audience toward it. Accumulate enough of those signals from the right sources, and your domain becomes the kind of site that Google wants to show at the top of results.
The vast majority of link building done by SEO consultants today falls into one of two categories: effective but slow, or fast but dangerous. Effective link building means earning editorial links from websites that have real audiences, real authority and real relevance to your industry. It means guest posting, digital PR, original research, broken link building and the kind of outreach that requires genuine effort and genuine content. It is slow because it is real.
Dangerous link building means buying links, running private blog networks, spinning content for mass directory submissions or using any of the dozens of shortcut tactics that work until they do not. When they stop working, the penalty can take years to recover from. I have helped businesses recover from exactly those penalties. I do not create them.
My link building process begins with a gap analysis: what does your backlink profile look like today, what do your top-ranking competitors have that you do not, and what is the most efficient path to close that gap with links that will compound in value over time rather than creating future liability.
Who it is for: Websites with solid technical foundations and strong content that need more external authority to rank for competitive terms. Businesses entering new markets where they need to build domain authority from a lower starting point. Any site where the content quality and technical SEO are strong but the rankings are being held back by a thinner backlink profile than the competition.
Content SEO Strategy
The businesses that dominate organic search in competitive categories share one characteristic: they have built genuine topical authority. Not just a few articles. A comprehensive content architecture that covers the full depth and breadth of a subject at a level that makes Google’s systems recognize the site as the most authoritative source in that space.
Topical authority is built systematically. It starts with a complete map of the questions, comparisons, definitions and decision-making content that exists in a niche. It continues with a pillar and cluster architecture that organizes all of that content into a hierarchy Google can understand and reward. It compounds over time as each new piece of content strengthens the authority of everything around it.
I build that architecture. This means a complete keyword map across the full topic space, content briefs for every target page, a prioritized production schedule, existing content audit and optimization, and an internal linking strategy that connects every piece into a coherent, authoritative whole.
For businesses that have an in-house team producing content, this service gives them the strategic direction that makes every piece they publish produce maximum search value. For businesses without content production capacity, I can recommend writers and manage the quality process.
Who it is for: Businesses in competitive niches where content depth is a primary ranking factor. SaaS companies, professional services firms, education platforms and any business where the path from awareness to purchase runs through multiple pieces of content.
Local SEO
Local search is a different game from national or global SEO, and it rewards a different set of signals. The Google Local Pack, the map results that appear for location-based queries, is driven primarily by your Google Business Profile, your local citation consistency, your review volume and quality, and the proximity and relevance signals your site sends to the local market.
I optimize all of it. Google Business Profile setup and ongoing management, NAP consistency across the 50+ directories where your business information should appear, review generation strategy, local keyword targeting and content, LocalBusiness schema implementation, and local link building within your city or region.
For businesses with multiple locations, local SEO becomes significantly more complex and significantly more valuable. A properly structured multi-location SEO strategy can produce a dominant presence across every market you operate in.
Who it is for: Any business that depends on customers in a specific geographic area: retail, restaurants, professional services, healthcare providers, trades and contractors, real estate agencies, hotels and hospitality businesses.
Ecommerce SEO
Ecommerce SEO is a technical and strategic discipline that generalist SEO consultants routinely mishandle. The problems are specific: how do you rank thousands of product pages without creating duplicate content? How do you handle faceted navigation without wasting your crawl budget on millions of parameter URLs? How do you compete in category pages against Amazon, Flipkart or other giants with domain authority you cannot match in any reasonable timeframe?
The answer is a combination of precision technical setup, targeted category page optimization that goes after the long-tail and mid-competition keywords where you can realistically win, product schema that unlocks rich results with pricing and availability, and a blog content strategy that captures top-of-funnel traffic and builds the topical authority that eventually lifts your commercial pages.
I have specific experience with Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento and the distinct technical SEO challenges each platform presents.
Who it is for: Online retailers who are losing organic traffic or failing to grow it despite investing in the store. Brands preparing to launch a new ecommerce site who want to build the SEO architecture correctly from the start. Businesses that have experienced a significant traffic drop following a Google core update.
Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
When someone searches a question and Google displays a direct answer in a box above all organic results, that is a featured snippet. When they see a list of related questions expanding down the page, those are People Also Ask results. When a voice assistant reads an answer aloud, it is reading from a featured snippet. When Google’s AI Overview summarizes the top of a search results page, it is pulling from pages that have been structured to answer questions clearly and authoritatively.
AEO is the discipline of structuring your content to win those positions. It requires understanding how Google selects content for direct answer formats, how to write and structure answers that meet the length, clarity and format requirements for each snippet type, and how to build the question-based content architecture that captures entire topic clusters across People Also Ask results.
For businesses in competitive markets, AEO positions are often more valuable than the organic position directly beneath them. They appear above the fold, they capture the reader’s attention before any other result, and they transfer authority to your brand in a way that a standard blue link does not.
Who it is for: Any business whose customers search questions before they search for products or providers. Professional services, healthcare, finance, SaaS, education and any sector where the buying decision is preceded by research.
Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
This is the service that almost nobody in India is currently offering with genuine depth. Let me explain why it matters and exactly what it involves.
When someone types “recommend a freelance SEO consultant who works with SaaS companies” into ChatGPT, the response they receive is generated from a combination of the AI’s training data and its ability to retrieve and synthesize current information. The businesses and individuals that appear in those recommendations have something in common: they have strong entity signals, clear topical authority, consistent third-party citations and content that is structured to answer questions directly.
That is not coincidence. It is optimization, and it follows principles that are both distinct from traditional SEO and deeply connected to it.
GEO involves building and strengthening your entity signals across the web: your Knowledge Graph presence, your consistent representation across authoritative third-party platforms, the structured data on your site that communicates clearly to AI systems, and the citation architecture that makes your content the source AI tools want to reference when answering questions in your domain.
The window to become one of the first recognized authorities in your category within AI search is open right now. It will not stay open indefinitely. The businesses that build GEO authority in the next 12 months will hold a position in AI-generated search results that will be very difficult for later entrants to displace.
Who it is for: Any business that wants to be found through AI-powered search. This is increasingly every business, but it is most immediately urgent for those in competitive categories where AI-generated answers are already shaping how buyers discover providers and make decisions.
International SEO
Ranking in one country is one challenge. Ranking correctly in multiple countries simultaneously, without your own pages competing against each other and without the wrong language version appearing in the wrong market, is a more complex technical and strategic problem.
International SEO requires a carefully considered site structure decision: whether to use country-code top-level domains, subdomains or subdirectories for each market, and the technical implementation of hreflang tags that tell Google which version of your content to serve in which country and language.
Beyond the technical setup, it requires market-specific keyword research, because the words people use to search for the same product often differ significantly between the UK, the US and Australia, even though all three countries speak English. It requires understanding the competitive landscape in each target market separately, because your competitors in the US are not the same as your competitors in the UK.
I have specific experience with multi-market SEO for businesses targeting the Indian subcontinent, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.
Who it is for: Businesses with existing presence in one market that are expanding into additional countries. SaaS companies targeting global audiences. Ecommerce brands launching internationally. Any business that currently shows the wrong version of their site in search results for certain markets.
White-Label SEO for Agencies
If you run a digital agency and you need a senior SEO specialist to deliver client campaigns under your brand without client contact, this is how I work with agency partners.
I sign a mutual NDA before any work begins. I deliver all work under your agency’s brand. I never contact your clients directly under any circumstances. I produce white-label reports in your template or one I can build to your specification. I am available for internal briefing calls to understand each client’s goals and I communicate exclusively with you, not with your clients.
The quality of work is identical to what I deliver under my own name, because my reputation within the agency relationship depends on the same thing it depends on in my direct client relationships: the results.
I currently have long-term white-label arrangements with agencies in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. If you are considering an agency partnership, email me directly at [email protected] with the subject line “Agency Partnership.”
Pricing and Engagements
I do not list fixed prices on this page because SEO is not a fixed-scope service. The work required to rank a five-page services website in a low-competition local market is fundamentally different from what is required to build topical authority for a SaaS company targeting a global audience. Charging the same for both would mean underdelivering on one and overcharging on the other.
What I can tell you is that every engagement begins with a clear written proposal that specifies exactly what I will do, over what timeline, at what cost, with what reporting cadence. There are no hidden retainer fees, no surprise charges for additional calls, and no ambiguity about what you are paying for.
The free audit is the best starting point if you are not yet certain of the scope. It gives you enough insight into your website’s actual needs to have a specific, informed conversation about what an engagement should include.
Which Service Is Right for You?
If your website has never had a systematic technical review, start with a Technical SEO audit. Every other service delivers better results on a technically clean foundation.
If your technical foundation is solid but your content is not performing, On-Page SEO and Content Strategy are the highest-leverage next steps.
If your content and technical SEO are both strong but your rankings have plateaued, Link Building is likely the bottleneck.
If you want to capture the answer-box and AI-driven search positions that your competitors have not even started optimizing for, AEO and GEO are where the most asymmetric opportunity currently exists.
If you are not sure, request the free audit and I will tell you exactly what your specific situation requires.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need all of these services or just some of them?
Most clients start with a technical audit and one or two additional services, then expand as the initial work produces results and confidence. I will never recommend a service you do not need. The free audit tells me what your site actually requires, and I build the proposal around that reality rather than a maximum scope.
How long before I see results?
Technical and on-page changes can produce measurable improvements in four to eight weeks for targeted, lower-competition keywords. Competitive terms in established markets typically require three to six months of consistent work. I give specific, honest timeline estimates during the discovery phase based on your actual competitive landscape, not generic industry averages.
Do you offer one-time projects or only ongoing management?
Both. Technical audits, strategy sessions, and specific campaign projects such as a link building sprint or an AEO implementation are available as one-time engagements. Ongoing monthly management is available for businesses that want to build sustained, compounding organic growth.
What makes your approach different from other SEO consultants?
Three things specifically. First, I work across all three layers of search: traditional SEO, AEO and GEO simultaneously. Most consultants work in one. Second, every piece of work is done by me, not delegated. Third, I have specific, proven experience in the US, UK and Australian markets, not just the Indian market, which matters significantly if those are your target customers.
Can I see examples of your work?
Yes. Case studies with specific results are available on request. Some clients prefer to remain anonymous and some have permitted named attribution. Contact me and I will share the relevant examples for your industry and market. The about page also contains aggregate results from my practice.
